Workout challenge: Easy interval training for you at home

The objective of these 3 weeks is to make you discover HIIT workout, or High Intensity Interval Training.
Be sure to perform each exercise safely and correctly – Always start gradually.

PHYSICAL TEST

For each exercise: 30 seconds of intensive work and 10 seconds of rest in between.

  • LEVEL I 1 set (7 minutes)
  • LEVEL II 2 sets (14 minutes)
  • LEVEL III 3 sets (21 minutes)

REST up to 2 minutes between sets.
